2. Vendor Relationships

Epic Foods provides the platform for third-party vendors to sell their products. We do not own, control, or assume responsibility for the products offered by these vendors. We only facilitate the transactions and provide the platform for both customers and vendors.

  • Vendor Identification: Each product page will clearly display the name of the vendor selling the product. The responsibility for product descriptions, pricing, and fulfillment lies with the respective vendor.

  • Vendor Obligations: Vendors are responsible for ensuring the products listed on our platform comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines. This includes providing accurate descriptions, fair pricing, and handling customer complaints or issues.

  • Dispute Resolution: While we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience, any disputes arising from purchases with third-party vendors must be handled directly with the vendor. Epic Foods may assist in the mediation of disputes but does not assume responsibility for vendor actions or policies.

3. Account Creation and User Responsibilities

To purchase products from our website, you must create an account. By creating an account, you agree to the following:

  • Payment: All payments are securely processed via PayFast. Epic Foods does not store any payment card details. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and that there are sufficient funds for the transaction.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Epic Foods Products: We are responsible for shipping and delivery of products sold directly by Epic Foods. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and shipping service.

  • Third-Party Vendor Products: Vendors are responsible for shipping their products. Shipping times and methods will vary depending on the vendor. It is the vendor’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information, and they are liable for any shipping delays or issues.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Epic Foods Products: If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from Epic Foods, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to request a return or refund, subject to our return policy.

  • Third-Party Vendor Products: Each vendor may have its own return and refund policies. Please check the product listing or contact the vendor directly for their specific return terms. Epic Foods does not handle returns or refunds for products sold by third-party vendors.

  • Epic Foods Products: We strive to ensure that all descriptions and prices of products sold by Epic Foods are accurate. However, we cannot guarantee that product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free. If there is a discrepancy, please contact us for clarification.

  • Third-Party Vendor Products: Product descriptions, pricing, and other content related to third-party vendor products are provided by the vendors. We do not guarantee the accuracy of these descriptions and are not liable for any discrepancies.
